RegisterFrank M. Rapoport, partner in Peckar & Abramson’s New York office and Chief Strategy Advisor of the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI), will participate in a panel at the NASBP 2018 Annual Meeting & Expo. Mr. Rapoport’s panel is titled “Jump on the P3 Wave: The Value of Bonding in this Rapidly Growing Market.” During this interactive session, the speakers will discuss the legislative landscape both on the state and federal level and examine surety underwriting of P3s, outlining different types of bonds, terms, and obligee(s) in the P3 space. Additionally, the speakers will share examples of P3 projects with which they have been involved. Mr. Rapoport’s panel will take place on Sunday, April 29 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, and Monday, April 30 from 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM. The NASBP 2018 Annual Meeting & Expo will take place April 29 – May 2 at the Phoenician Resort, in Phoenix, AZ.

Coming off the 75th Anniversary year of the Association, this year’s theme of: “Building on a Solid Foundation” will focus on taking a look at where the industry is and where it is going.
