Rapoport, Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s New York office and Chief Strategy Advisor of the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI), will moderate a panel at the P3 Water Summit in San Diego, California, April 3-4, 2018. Mr. Rapoport’s panel titled “Just Watching or Preparing? Understanding Leading Indicators And Trends In Water P3s” will address the risks faced by civic leaders who fail to plan for and develop a readily available supply of water to meet commercial and industrial needs and the panel will discuss how to manage the political landscape in an environment where water infrastructure faces substantive capital improvements, supply and distribution upgrades, as well as health and safety modernization needs.
