Lori Ann Lange, a partner in the firm’s Washington, DC office will be speaking at a webinar hosted by the American Road and Transportation Builders Association. The webinar titled, “The Blacklisting Executive Order – What You Need to Know to Survive” will discuss the Fair Play and Safe Workplaces Executive Order (aka the Blacklisting Executive Order) including the phase in timing of the rule, what labor law violations have to be disclosed and how, responsibility determinations, and how contractors should prepare to respond to the final rule.
