Lori Ann Lange, partner and co-chair of Peckar & Abramson’s Government Contracting & Infrastructure practice, will present the Lorman webinar, “The Fundamentals of the Buy American Act,” on May 24 from 1:00 to 2:30pm EDT. She will discuss the Buy American Act and when it applies, the tests for determining whether a product is Buy American Act compliant, the exceptions to the applicability of the Buy American Act, the applicability of the Trade Agreements Act, the consequences of not complying with the Buy American Act, and some best practices for ensuring compliance.
