RegisterDoris Short, partner and vice chair of P&A’s White Collar Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Practice, will present during “Managing the Risks of Carlos’ Law,” hosted by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) New York State. This assembled program of attorneys and safety professionals will discuss the new law, key terms such as “employee” and “serious physical injury,” and how to contractually and practically in the fieldwork to mitigate the significant risks associated with this law.
