Tom Curran, partner and co-chair of P&A’s White Collar and Regulatory Enforcement Practice, will present during “Managing the Risks of Carlos’ Law,” hosted by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) New York State. This assembled program of attorneys and safety professionals will discuss the new law, key terms such as “employee” and “serious physical injury,” and how to contractually and practically in the fieldwork to mitigate the significant risks associated with this law.

This program will occur on Tuesday, May 23, from 8:00am to 11:30am at The Cornell Club.
