Karla Pascarella, partner in Peckar & Abramson’s Austin office, will speak at the 4th Annual EPC Contract Management Conference on January 11, 2018 at The Westin Oaks.  Ms. Pascarella’s panel discussion titled, “Minimizing Risks during the Contract Formation Process” will thoroughly examine the best tactics to implement to ensure the contract procedures remain intact under execution.  The discussion will include best practices relating to change orders, commissioning, field direction and RFI submissions; handling the consequences of steering off from procedures and getting things back on track; how to prevent recurrent issues; and assuring contract defined procedures are executional in the lead.  This session will take place at 9:45 am.
