Their presentation titled, “The Deal that Saved the Panama Canal” will discuss how,in late 2013, the Panama Canal expansion project was in crisis and when the surety was asked to intervene, P&A partners Jerry Brodsky, head of the Firm’s Latin American Practice Group, and Neal Sklar, on behalf of the surety, structured and negotiated a deal that saved the Panama Canal.
