Mr. Eichorn and Mr. Scriven-Young along with a panel of engineers, consultants and insurance experts will explore the identification of environmental issues, how to properly address these issues during due diligence, pre-construction and contracting, insurance policies available to cover environmental risks and how to maximize your insurance recovery. The panel will also discuss how these risks can be mitigated and claims avoided as well as how to prepare and defend an environmental claim or litigation should one arise.
