His panel, titled “Presenting and Proving Delay and Disruption Claims” will be held at 12:20pm. The presentation will review requirements and best practices for presenting and proving delay and disruption claims both at the project level and, failing resolution, at the Boards and Court of Federal Claims. The presentation will focus on the scheduling and pricing methodologies that have been accepted, and those that have been rejected, so that practitioners can best advise their clients on how to maximize equitable adjustments.
The seminar will be held at Waterford at Fair Oaks located at 12025 Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, Fairfax, VA 22033. MCLE credit will be offered. If you are unable to attend, video replays will be available.
