This webinar will focus on the A-series agreements and the background of the new AIA contract documents. The AIA A201 Webinar Series – Part 1 will take place August 15th from 11 AM – 12 PM.

AGC’s 2017 AIA A201 Webinar Series The American Institute of Architects (AIA) produces revised standard contract documents only once per decade. The AIA A201 general terms and conditions document and related agreements were just recently published. The AIA A201 is the most litigated contract document in the history of construction. This 2-part webinar series will equip contractors with the essential tips and tricks in the new A201, insurance exhibit, and A-series agreements. For the first time, AIA did not ask for AGC’s input into developing a new AIA A201. However, AGC formed a high priority working group and has dissected what the AGC membership absolutely needs to know when forced to use AIA contracts.
