Paul Monte, co-managing partner of Peckar & Abramson’s New York office and Michael C. Zisa, chair of the firm’s Surety and Construction Related Insurance Defense Practice, will present during “From Planning to Delivery – Building Surety Confidence,” a session for the Risk Management in Underground Construction conference. The session, which will take place April 14 from 11:00am to 2:00pm EST, will cover contractual risk mitigation strategies to consider at the start of each construction project, best practices for contract performance, and how to develop a response plan to the “what ifs” that may occur during a project’s lifecycle. The conference will run from April 13-15.
