Robert S. Peckar and Melinda S. Gentile will be speaking at the AGC of America Advanced Management Program, November 8-13, 2015 at the Cooper Guest Lodge in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Peckar and Ms. Gentile will be speaking on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 during Module 4: Contract Dispute Resolution. Their presentation will discuss contract disputes and implications on cost, time, and relationships; examine the differences between a problem and a dispute; discuss litigation and arbitration models; recognize alternatives to litigation and the benefits; evaluate the mediation process and the benefits as well as a mock mediation exercise.
