Stephen E. Irving, Senior Counsel in P&A’s Houston office, will present “OSHA 2024” as part of Georgia Tech’s next Safety Speaker Series webinar presented by the Professional Master’s in Occupational Safety and Health (PMOSH).

Attendees will learn the latest priorities on OSHA’s radar, including the coming heat injury and illness standard and national emphasis program, as well as emphasis programs regarding fall protection and trenching, among others, and the new emphasis on broadened employee representation during inspections.
