Paul Monte, co-managing partner of P&A’s New York City office, will moderate a panel discussion on “Subcontracting and Design-Build: Risk, Reward and Requirements,” hosted by the Subcontractors Trade Association.
This session is designed for subcontractors, general contractors, and construction managers who would like to understand the ways in which alternative delivery projects such as Design-Build will impact their current operations, management of their teams, and overall considerations to ensure project success with these construction delivery systems. During the session, attendees will:
- Gain a fuller understanding of different types of alternative construction delivery methods and the risks inherent in each type;
- Take-away best practices for participating in Design-Build projects;
- Learn how to engage early with bidding Design-Build Teams;
- Expand your understanding of lessons learned from experienced Design Builders.
