RegisterP&A Dallas managing partner Tim Matheny, partner Barry Brooks, and senior counsel Ian Fullington will participate in the 2022 Construction Law 101 event hosted by TEXO.
The half-day seminar will navigate attendees through the construction law overlay to a typical construction project from a general contractor and subcontractor perspective. This moderated narrative will allow conversation and interaction among the participants while touching on the core issues described above and related ancillary issues.
Tim will co-present a session on contract negotiation from 1:40-2:40pm. Barry will help open the program, and Ian will moderate questions at closing.
The course will take place on October 26 from 1:30pm to 6:30pm at the Las Colinas Country Club.
