Curran, Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s New York Office, will speak at the New York Electrical Contractors Association (NYECA) monthly meeting on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at the Down Town Association in New York City. Mr. Curran’s presentation entitled, “The Regulation of Safety: What to Expect if an Accident Occurs?” will focus on what response to anticipate in New York City should a major accident/incident occur on your jobsite. Mr. Curran will explore how to be prepared for that response and what the appropriate approach should be to the myriad site visits and requests for information and materials from the various regulatory agencies.
