Charles E. Williams III, Partner in Peckar & Abramson’s New York office, will participate in a panel discussion at the 2017 NYS MWBE Forum entitled “Transformation 2017: Engage, Empower, Elevate.” Mr. Williams panel titled “Demystifying Project Labor Agreements” will help attendees better understand the requirements of a PLA and whether they make sense, operationally and financially, for their company. More specifically, attendees will learn how PLAs work, what the specific requirements mean to their staffing and field operations, how to navigate work in a union environment and how the PLA experience can support their company’s growth. Charles’s panel will take place on October 5th from 11:30am to 12:15pm in Meeting Room 6.
