RegisterFrank M. Rapoport, a partner in the firm’s New York office, will participate in several discussions at the P3 Hub South conference on October 16-17, 2017 at The Conrad Hotel in Miami, Florida. Mr. Rapoport will speak on a panel titled “Transportation Hot Topics” that will take place on October 17, 2017 at 11:20am. This discussion aims to explore key themes at the core of delivering successful transit programs, such as user fees, managed lanes, ridership projections, innovation and risk transfer.
In addition, Mr. Rapoport will moderate several panel discussions in the afternoon of October 17, 2017. The first session titled “How can P3s Adapt to Work on Urgent and Restrictive Timescales” will look at solutions currently used to recover from disaster hit regions and what can be done to streamline the procurement process and tackle blockages. The second session titled “Respond, Recover, Rebuild” will feature an interactive discussion with leaders from the hurricane ravaged regions in the US.
About the Event
This year’s P3 Hub South will begin with a series of afternoon roundtable sessions with the second day being a full conference with several panel discussions focusing on the all the latest industry issues. The event will highlight all of the issues that are currently facing P3s in the US. Industry experts from across the industry who will provide the latest insight into where the new opportunities lie across the US in 2017 and beyond.
