RegisterLevi W. Barrett, Senior Associate in Peckar & Abramson’s New York office, will moderate a panel at the ABA Forum on Construction Law 2018 Annual Meeting. Mr. Barrett’s panel discussion is titled, “Understanding Your Client’s Corporate and Project Structure.” This panel will explore a company’s organizational structure, including job roles – marketing, purchasing, HR, finance, preconstruction and operations – and reporting as well as the interrelationships of these roles. From there, the panel will share their inside knowledge of how project management is used to achieve each set of unique project objectives using a combination of technology and institutional resources. Lastly, panelists will give the audience a peek behind the curtain to the legal issues their companies face on a daily basis and how outside counsel can best positioned to deliver value. Mr. Barrett’s panel will take place on Thursday, April 12, 2018 from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. The ABA Forum on Construction Law 2018 Annual Meeting will take place April 11 – 13, 2018 at The Roosevelt New Orleans in New Orleans, LA.
