This session will cover recent legislative actions and what they mean for employers; practical tips on the new Act and whether it will apply; examining new case law; explore exemptions to the FAA that may exist to take employee claims out of the new Act; and provide an opportunity for a robust discussion about the pros and cons of alternative dispute resolution in this new environment.
The panel will take place on March 30 at 3:30pm ET, and the conference will run March 29-31 at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street Tampa, Florida.
