Bob Peckar Authors Chapter e-book, Mediation Techniques

Bob Peckar recently authored a chapter in an e-book entitled Mediation Techniques, published by the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Mediation Techniques Subcommittee. The book is a compilation of short essays written by practitioners covering the topic from pre-mediation planning through post-mediation follow through, interspersed with pages of short hints and tips.
