Charles E. Williams Spoke At MWBE State Forum

Charles E. Williams, III, partner at Peckar & Abramson’s New York office, spoke in a panel of construction attorneys at the New York State MWBE State Forum in Albany, New York on October 2, 2014. During the two day event, Mr. Williams presented a workshop titled “How to Manage Construction Contracts: A Contracts Workshop”. The presentation addressed the funding and mobilization, certified payrolls, change orders and more. The Forum was held at the Empire State Convention Center in Albany.
