Charles Kenny and Doris Short Spoke at the New Jersey State Bar Association

Charles Kenny, a Partner in the firm’s New Jersey office, and Doris Short, Senior Counsel in the firm’s New York office, spoke at the New Jersey State Bar Association seminar entitled “What Contractors Need to Know About the Changing Climate of EEO and DBE Compliance Requirements in State and Federal Contracts”. The seminar addressed a wide range of current issues involving the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements as they relate to equal employment opportunity requirements. The seminar featured a variety of different experts on the topic including Duane Floyd, the Executive Assistant at the NJ Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services, Registration Branch, and Alvin Harvey, the Supervisor Construction EEO Compliance at the NJ Department of Labor and Workforce Development. The event was moderated by Adrienne L. lsacoff, Esq. of Florio Perrucci Steinhardt & Fader. The seminar was held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 3:00pm – 4:15pm at the New Jersey State Bar, located at 1 Constitution Square New Brunswick, New Jersey.
