Curt Martin Spoke at the AGC Texas Building Branch Convention

Curt Martin, a Partner in the firm’s Houston office, spoke at the AGC Texas Building Branch Convention June 12-15, 2016 at the Horseshoe Bay Resort, Texas Hill Country Club in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. The presentation titled, “Construction Defects Statutes: Legislative Approaches from 34 States” reviewed the current Texas statutes on residential and condominium construction defects with a view towards possible 2017 legislation for commercial projects.
