Curt Martin Spoke at the Houston Contractors Association

Curt Martin, a Partner in the firm’s Houston office, spoke at the Houston Contractors Association on June 16, 2016 at the Hess Club in Houston, Texas. The presentation titled, “Weather Days – Will Your Contract Time be Extended?” discussed whether the weather justifies a time extension under your contract, building your CPM schedule to anticipate weather, documenting the impact of weather as well as practical tips for submitting your claim.
