Curtis Martin and Angela Connor Co-Author Article in Cornerstone Magazine

Curtis W. Martin and Angela A.L. Connor, Partner and Associate, respectively, in the firm’s Houston office co-authored an article entitled “New Technologies Present New Liabilities” which published in the Fall 2017 issue of AGC’s Cornerstone Magazine. The article describes new federal statutes requiring contractors keep government data secure, especially those doing federal work. Data breaches may be caused by hacking and the rise of collaborative mechanisms on projects. Similar data security clauses are now being seen in the private sector as well.
