David Scriven-Young Elected as an officer of the American Bar Association Young Lawyer Division

Peckar & Abramson, P.C. is pleased to announce that Associate David Scriven-Young has been elected as an officer of the American Bar Association Young Lawyer Division (ABA YLD) and will serve as Assembly Clerk during the 2013-2014 bar year. In this position, Mr. Scriven-Young will serve as the Chair of the Credentials Board and Chair of the Truth in Law School Education Task Force. According to the ABA YLD bylaws, Mr. Scriven-Young will automatically become the Assembly Speaker during the 2014-2015 bar year.
