Frank M. Rapoport, Senior Partner and frontrunner of Peckar & Abramson’s Public-Private Partnership practice group, has been featured in an article titled “Finding Funds to Bridge the Gap: Devon Lawyer Advocates for Public Private Partnerships” which appeared in the July 21, 2014 issue of Mainline Media News for his involvement in the recent surge of P3 projects in Pennsylvania. After having successfully lobbied for P3 legislature in 2012, Rapoport now represents one of multiple companies vying to obtain P3 contracts for the renovation of more than 500 state and locally owned bridges.
