Frank M. Rapoport Appointed Chief Strategy Advisor

Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Frank M. Rapoport has been appointed Chief Strategy Advisor to the board of the Association for the Improvement of American Infrastructure (AIAI). Mr. Rapoport’s role involves the strategic direction of AIAI’s primary Public-Private Partnerships (P3) action agenda, the development of key outreach issues and working with its Government Affairs and Law and Legislative Committees.
