Frank M. Rapoport moderated a panel for an audience of over 200 at the fourth annual Public-Private Partnership Conference, sponsored by the New Jersey Alliance for Action. Other panel moderators included: Alliance Executive Vice President Gerald T. Keenan; Richard Mroz, Managing Director of Archer Public Affairs; and Michael Della Rocca, President of Star America Group.
