Frank M. Rapoport Speaks at Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law in the Kingdom of Bhutan

Frank M. Rapoport, Partner and Chair of the Public-Private Partnerships (P3) practice in Peckar & Abramson’s New York office, was invited by Michael Peil, Vice Dean & Associate Professor at the Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law in the Kingdom Bhutan to speak before law students on the topic of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP or P3). Mr. Rapoport discussed the potential use of PPP for infrastructure development in Bhutan, consistent with Buddhist principles and the country’s GNP which is measured by happiness.
