Gary Stein was quoted in an article titled, “South Florida Builders Active, But Pipeline Stalls Amid Coronavirus”, which appeared in the Daily Business Review/Law.com on March 19, 2020.

Stein was quoted a number of times throughout the piece, stating “In the construction industry, time is money. So if there is a suspension of a project or any delay in the construction of a project, there is going to be some cost impact,” said Stein, Peckar & Abramson Miami co-managing partner who represents general contractors and construction managers working on more than 30 projects across the region. He suggests his clients should examine their agreements with developers to understand their rights and keep records of accrued costs in case of a work halt, he said.”
