J.D. Holzheauser Speaks at Austin AGC Webinar

J.D. Holzheauser, an associate in the firm’s Austin office, will be speaking at a webinar on February 20, 2017 from 11:30am to 1:00pm. The webinar titled “Brown Bag Lunch-and-Learn Lien Law Seminar” is sponsored by the Austin AGC Legal Affairs Committee. The seminar will provide an overview of the process for filing lien and bond claims, including notice deadlines and statutory requirements, as well as an overview of the available options when faced with the need to challenge and remove lien claims.
