J. Paulo Flores, a partner in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office spoke at the 29th Annual Construction Law Conference sponsored by The Construction Law Foundation of Texas and the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. The conference was held on March 3-4, 2016 at The La Cantera Hill Country Resort in San Antonio, Texas. Mr. Flores spoke at an afternoon session on March 3, 2016 titled “Non-Compete Agreements in Construction”. The discussion explored the impact of employee non-compete agreements on the original employer, the departed employee, and the new employer.
