JD Holzheauser Speaks At Austin AGC Legal Affairs Committee

JD Holzheauser, an associate in the firms Austin office, participated in a presentation for the Austin Associated General Contractors, Legal Affairs Committee on October 25, 2017. Following Texas’ 85th legislative session, several new laws will impact construction businesses. This presentation provided an overview of the bills that passed in the 2017 session that are relevant to the construction industry, and touched on matters that remain unaddressed.
