The story entitled ‘Canal Expansion: Creating US Boom’ described how cities from New York to Miami are spending millions of dollars to prepare ports for new supersize tankers. The story also described the status of the billion dollar Panama Canal expansion and arbitration which has positioned Miami globally as an International Arbitration Center. “This is a marquee case, a marquee project, and it gives Miami great exposure,” said Brodsky, who represents Zurich, the surety in the case. “Lawyers from Miami were called on to salvage the project from imminent disaster.”
