Jerry P. Brodsky was featured in an article in the November 2015 edition of “Construccion e Industria” magazine, the monthly magazine published by the Peruvian Chamber of Construction. The article discusses Mr. Brodsky’s recent participation in a roundtable discussion about dispute boards and Peru’s need to incorporate dispute boards into their projects because of its ability to resolve issues without delaying the construction of the project as well as its efficiency in resolving disputes.
