Jerry P. Brodsky, a Partner in the firm’s Miami office and Director of the Latin American Practice Group, in collaboration with the Dispute Review Board Foundation (DRBF), taught a three-day course July 12 – 14, 2017 for the Federated College of Engineers and Architects (CFIA) in San José, Costa Rica, on the use and implementation of Dispute Resolution Boards. The intensive training program is the first step in the training of professionals to serve on local dispute boards and covers different types of disputes boards, their creation and implementation, as well as rules and ethical considerations for dispute boards.
