Justin “JD” Holzheauser authors article in Texas Contractor

J.D. Holzheauser, an associate in the firms Austin office, authored an article entitled “Texas Energy Sector Infrastructure Improvements Pave the Way for Good Business” which was published in the January 2017 issue of Texas Contractor. The article provided a description of existing and planned oil and gas production in Texas, existing legislation and funding as well as details on TxDOT’s Energy Sector Corridor Improvements Program intended to improve roads in the state’s major energy sector corridors.
