Levi W. Barrett, senior associate in the firm’s New York office, has been appointed to serve on the New York City Bar Construction Law Committee. The appointment is for a three year term commencing September 2017. As a committee member, Mr. Barrett will be engaged with fellow committee members in activities such as drafting of reports, commenting and testifying on legislation, submitting briefs, sponsoring continuing legal education and other programs as well as participating in public service projects. The New York City Bar Association (City Bar) is a voluntary association of lawyers and law students.
