Robert S. Peckar Moderated a Luncheon Program

Bob Peckar moderated the luncheon program which featured an in depth and revealing panel discussion about the nation’s minority business enterprise (MBE) programs over the past fifty years with Professor Thomas ” Danny” Boston of Georgia Tech, Hilton Smith who is Senior Vice President for Corporate and National Community Affairs at Turner Construction Company and Jeffrey Smalls who is president of Smalls Electrical Contractors in New York. The programs was hailed by one attendee as “courageous and righteous”.
