Melinda S. Gentile Co-Authors Article in Construction Ink! Magazine

Melinda S. Gentile and Monique S. Cardenas, attorneys in the firm’s Miami office, co-authored a bylined article entitled “The Diversity Dividend” which was published in the Spring 2017 issue of Construction ink!, the magazine of the Construction Association of South Florida. The article describes the diversity dividend, the trend among Fortune 500 companies. Major corporations showing a commitment to diversity include Microsoft, Wal-Mart, Apple, IBM and AT&T. Although diversity in the law in slow, construction companies such as Turner Construction Co., Gilbane Building Co., Austin Industries and Bechtel Corp. are making a difference.
