Melinda S. Gentile, a Partner in the firm’s Miami office, spoke at the Mechancial Contractors Association of South Florida on June 15, 2016 at Shulas Hotel in Miami Lakes, Florida. The presentation titled, “Killer Contract Clauses & Service Agreements”, discussed various aspects of contract clauses including indemnification provisions and practical considerations, warranties, payment provisions and procedures, insurance and payment and performance bonds as well Operation and Maintenance Service Agreements.
