Michael A. Branca Named a Fellow of the American College of Construction Law

Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that Michael A.Branca has been named a Fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. The College is an invitation-only association of construction law practitioners, professors and judges. Its mission is to improve the practice and understanding of construction law and to promote the positive role of lawyers in the construction industry. Fellowship in the College is offered to those who have mastered the practice or teaching of construction law and dispute resolution. ACCL Fellows have established the highest standards of ethical conduct, scholarship, professionalism and collegiality, and demonstrated a commitment to “give back” to the construction industry.
“We are honored that Mike has received this acknowledgement by the College, and that he is counted among this group of highly respected peers in construction law,” said P&A Chairman Steven M. Charney. “This level of recognition is achieved through hard work, dedication and commitment to this specific and unique area of law.” Branca joins five other firm attorneys as ACCL Fellows, Adrian L. Bastianelli, III; Steven M. Charney; Jeffrey A. Ford; Founding Partner Robert S. Peckar; and Firm Vice Chair Stephen H. Reisman.
