Peckar & Abramson, P.C. (P&A) is pleased to announce that White-Collar Litigation attorney Olesya Sidorkina has joined the firm as an Associate.

Ms. Sidorkina has white-collar criminal litigation experience representing corporations and individuals in civil and criminal investigations and prosecutions relating to conspiracy, fraud and regulatory matters. She has managed discovery and pre-trial preparations in complex white-collar litigation proceedings as well as argued before state and federal courts involving white-collar defense and prosecution proceedings. She has provided legal advice related to Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) violations and defenses and has conducted complex securities fraud investigations and appeared before Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Arbitration panels.
