P&A Chicago Office Hosts Peer Conference

Peckar & Abramson’s Chicago office hosted a Peer Conference titled: “Regulatory Developments That Affect Public Work Contractors: How What You Don’t Know Can Hurt You”. The conference was held on July 23, 2014 at the Union League Club of Chicago. Edward O. Pacer, Gregory A. Eichorn and Richard Preiss lead the discussion on the new challenges that accompany publicly-funded work and how contractors can effectively overcome these challenges. Mr. Pacer, Eichorn and Preiss also offered recommendations regarding corporate practices that may protect companies against increasingly aggressive regulators.
