Paul Monte Moderates Panel Discussion About New York’s MWBE Legislation

Paul Monte, co-managing partner of P&A’s New York office, moderated a panel discussion with Committee Co-Chair Ed Henderson about the City of New York’s MWBE legislation before the Public Building & Procurement Committee of the New York Building Congress. The panel’s recommendations will be summarized in a letter to the DeBlasio Administration.
