Paul Monte Participated in Panel Discussion City of New York

Paul Monte, co-managing partner of P&A’s New York office, participated in a panel discussion about the City of New York’s new damages for delay contract language before the Public Building & Procurement Committee of the New York Building Congress. He was joined by Denise Richardson, Managing Director, General Contractors Association of Greater New York and Steven Stein Cushman, Division Chief, New York City Law Department Contracts and Real Estate Division.
