Paul Monte Speaks at the General Contractors Association of New York

Paul Monte, Partner in the firm’s New York office, spoke at the General Contractors Association of New York on May 2, 2018. Paul’s presentation focused on notice and record keeping requirements and best practices on delay and impact cost claims on MTA contracts. The presentation was to active membership of the General Contractors Association. Paul reviewed contractual and practical requirements related to claims on projects for the NY City Transit Authority, MTA Capital Construction, and the Bridge and Tunnel Authority.
